Luke founded Kraus Law in 2024 and has practiced law since 2017.
Luke has an extensive background in transactional law, including commercial real estate transactions, estate planning, and general corporate/business law. His brief foray into litigation at the beginning of his career gives him an important perspective on matters that could lead to litigation -- including ways to avoid a costly and lengthy lawsuit.
Biography
Luke was raised in New Hampshire. He lives here in the Granite State with his wife, Caroline, where they are raising there three kids: Benjamin (5), Annelise (3), and Harrison (born March 2024). He enjoys exploring the rivers and mountains here in New Hampshire, as well as traveling with his family to places far away. In addition the law firm, Luke runs the in-house title company at ACRES (www.teamacres.com) and provides real estate and small business consulting there.
